During my recent stay at Profilhotels Richmond for Thanksgiving, I found everything to be satisfactory. The friendly staff and comfortable beds were commendable, but what stood out the most was the excellent breakfast variety. The location was central, allowing easy access to prominent attractions. Despite minor wear and tear, the hotel's cleanliness and quiet ambiance were notable. I appreciated the fresh sheets and towels daily and the option to hire bicycles for city exploration. I was greatly satisfied with my experience at the hotel and extend my gratitude to the staff for their hospitality.
