My target during my stay at Profilhotels Richmond was to celebrate Thanksgiving. All aspects of the hotel were satisfactory, but what stood out the most to me was the all bathroom comfort facilities, with complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. The room was modern with a seating area and a balcony, offering a lovely view of the courtyard. I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would like to express my gratitude to the entire team for their excellent service.
